Incremental Education connects South African students and young professionals with 12-month paid hospitality and tourism internships in the United States through the J 1 Intern and Trainee Visa Program. Participants receive structured, hands-on training at reputable hotels and resorts, gaining international experience and globally relevant skills
Each participant is placed in one dedicated department such as Culinary, Food and Beverage, or Front Office for the full program, enabling deeper learning, professional growth, and exposure to high standard U.S. hospitality operations.

Important: Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own round-trip airfare. Remaining program fees are paid from the stipend through 10 monthly payments of $250 once employment in the U.S. begins.
